Great trail run!

Thanks to Natalie for hosting the trail run last night! That was awesome-such a beautiful evening! Great turn out too, the more people, the more fun. Thursday nights are such a great way to get to know other members of the team and to run with people who are not in your pace group.

Jenny-Great idea to ride bikes there, finally felt like summer!

It was my pleasure - anytime! We had a great group of ladies turnout, and it was definitely the most action this trail has ever seen.
