6:15 p.m. Thur, July 29:
This week we will be hiking Lazy Mountain.

We will meet at the trailhead and go up an hour (or, if the group wishes to go to the top, we will). Trail shoes are highly recommended.

Directions:From Palmer, turn onto right on Arctic Avenue and head towards the Butte (going over the Matanuska River bridge), turn left at Clark-Wolverine Road, until it comes to a T, take a right. Follow to the top and veer right at the trailhead signs to the parking lot.

Parking fee is $3.
